The countdown has well and truely begun. Singapore 70.3 is this coming Sunday, March 22, and Bek is out to defend her 2008 title. Having won last year’s race by over 4 minutes, Bek is determined to make it back-to-back wins for her and Team TBB.

Bek finished 3rd today in the Geelong Ironman 70.3, with the fastest run split of the day 1hr 22mins.

After finishing on the podium last year, Bek’s looking to take the top spot in this weekend’s Geelong 70.3 Ironman. There’s a World class field assembled for this years 2009 Snap Ironman, including Pip Taylor, Belinda Harrison, Charlotte Paul, Belinda Granger and Kate Major, so Bek will need to be flying to pull off the win.

Anyone who’s in or around Geelong on Sunday, make sure you get down to the race and cheer Bek on. The rest of will be cheering from afar.
